BSNL announced it would bring three tablets in partnership with Pantel, a company based in Noida. Of the three, the cheapest one will be sold for Rs 3,250, a few hundred rupees more than the commercial version of Aakash tablet.
The 7-inch tablet - BSNL Penta T PAD IS 701R - is powered by 1ghz processor and comes with 256MB RAM. It has a resistive screen and runs on Android operating software. The tablet will be sold along with special data plans and 3G services from BSNL.
The two other tablets are priced at Rs 10,999 and Rs 13,500. Both have capacitive screen, which has better touch sensitivity. These two tablets are also made by Pantel . Pantel website shows that the company has started a prebooking for all three.

There will be string value as "_pack", Double click on it.
You will see value data like " This is encrypted password~~~~~~"
(For example "oppujidfu~~~~~" )
2] Ignore the sign ~~~~~~~,
( For example "oppujidfu~~~~" And after ignoring it will be like this
"oppujidfu" )
3] Then just type that in reverse order,
( For example code is "oppujidfu" after converting that in reverse order it will be like this "ufdijuppo" )
4] In this last step, what you need to do is that,
Move each character backward,
Here is the example;
Replace letter 'b' by letter 'a' because 'a' is the letter before 'b',
Replace letter 't' by letter 's' because 's' is the letter before 't', and keep doing it for all.
Characters for that resulted (reverse ordered) word by step3.
( In this tutorial, the converted word by step3 is "ufdijuppo" and after decrypting like step4, it will become "techitoon" )

Sweden-based freephoo today announced the launch of its mobile VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) application in India.
The application will enable users to make free calls from their iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Android-based phones using the WiFi or 3G network.
"We are very happy to launch our application in India as it is an important market for us. We hope our Indian users are delighted by our easy-to-use app, its superior sound quality and social features," Co-founder at freephoo Pandelis Eliopoulos said in a statement.
On downloading freephoo, consumers can use their mobile number and phonebook to make free calls to other freephoo users.
"freephoo allows its user to make calls to people not having freephoo through its premium services with which user can make low priced calls to both fixed and mobile phones," freephoo spokesperson explained.
Spokesperson added that freephoo is currently available for Apple and Android users, but the company is looking at expand its services to other mobile phones as well.
"We are very pleased to give our users the opportunity to call their Facebook and LinkedIn contacts too," Pandelis said.
A social networking website- Luluvsive.com has been launched by a 30-year-old Canadian woman exclusively for females.
The website went live on Dec 17 and has been described as "Sex And The City marries Facebook".
According to The Daily Mail report, the site Luluvise.com bans males from joining. Interestingly, more than 500 men sent their emails to get access to the site but instead received an email reading- "Hey Dude, you're a dude."
"Luluvise uses Facebook to make registration easier. We do not post to walls or make Luluvise information public anywhere or to other Facebook users," said creator Alexandra Chong.
Meanwhile, the site has around 1,000 users in 69 countries.
The Daily Mail report however, said that men can also access the site but they need to set up a fake Facebook profile as a woman and make friends with themselves on that social network.
Datawind, the maker of the world's cheapest tablet has put up for sale about 30,000 tablets online at a price of Rs 2500 each, with a delivery period of seven days. The seven inch tablet with Android 2.2 is now available through its portal aakashtablet.com.
"We have put up on sale about 30,000 tablets online, which will have a cash on delivery of 7 days. We have achieved pre-sale orders of about 400,000 tablets from individuals and corporates. But current supplies will only be limited for individual buyers," Datawind CEO and founder Suneet Singh Tuli told ET.
Aakash's next commercial version called the Ubislate 7, which has a faster processor, is slated to be launched late January. Ubislate 7 is set to have a 700 Mhz processor compared to the 366 MHz processor in Aakash. Ubislate 7 will be priced at Rs 3000 for sale online.
The government till now procured only 10,000 tablets. It has still not procured the remaining 90,000 tablets for distribution in schools and colleges, even as other nations have expressed interest to the government for similar low-cost computing initiatives.

Google has launched an invitation-only website called Schemer. The site's goal seems to help users to discover new things and share schemes with others using Google+.
Whether it's exploring a new city, checking out a friend's movie recommendation, or just finding new activities for your weekends, Schemer lets you discover new things to do, share schemes with friends, and make the most of your day. Think you're up for it? Join Schemer," says the site announcement.
As per the site, users can find stuff to do, big and small; keep track of what they want to do; and get ideas from celebrities, experts and friends.
"We started out as a scrappy team of Google engineers who wanted to help people do fun stuff in the real world," the Schemer team said in a post on Google+.
The site's partners include Food Network, Zagat, Bravo, IGN, Entertainment Weekly, National Geographic, and Thrillist among others.
The service, which is in beta presently, is reserved to a few members who can invite others via invitation. "Still don't have your invite? Fret not! There are some sneaky ways you can get invited too," says the Schemer team's post. "Of course, you can always try your luck at Schemer.com but you can also keep a lookout for our partners' Google+ pages...you never know when an invitation may pop up!"

The Web search giant accidentally slipped out a video on YouTube that gives a preview of the upcoming changes in its popular email service with Jason Cornwell (Gmail's user experience designer) sharing a presentation.
The video, which was immediately pulled out and has since then been marked private, revealed that the new Gmail will feature new changes like a cleaner design, updated search box that includes advanced options, new interface for conversations and high-resolution themes.
The new user interface will also reportedly automatically fit in any window and will boast of cleaner, simpler, and intuitive look. It is also likely to allow users to resize the chat and label areas. The revamped Gmail will also let email threads in Gmail to include profile pictures.
